I'm Kenneth Poh, and my career has been built around simplifying complex information for decision-makers.

I've worked in content marketing and advertising for agencies like M&C Saatchi, collaborating with brands like Samsung, Rio Tinto, DBS, and CapitaLand.

In the early 2020s, I served as a Fractional CMO and later as CEO of Earnest, a Design & Build firm. What I've observed at Earnest is that office renovation creates this perfect storm for tenants.

Since they only renovate every few years, they're working with outdated knowledge, sifting through fragmented information, and trying to figure out which contractors are actually reliable — all while the stakes are incredibly high.

Most tenants only go through this once every 5-10 years, so they're making huge decisions with virtually no recent experience to guide them.

In 2025, I moved on from Earnest and created Office D&B Guide as an independent resource — having seen firsthand the information gap that tenants encounter in Singapore's office market.
